机用镍钛通畅锉在模拟根管中成形能力的对比研究

Abstract:
摘要 目的:比较Scout RaCe、Hyflex GPF、S3 Superpass、PathFile和手动不锈钢K锉在树脂模拟根管制备通畅通道的成形能力。方法:40个模拟根管,随机分为5组(n=8),分别制备通畅通道,记录制备时间;使用 Photoshop和 ImageJ测量制备前后根管的重叠图像,从根尖止点开始,每隔1 mm测量内外侧壁树脂去除量,计算中心定位能力。结果:Scout RaCe和S3 Superpass制备时间最短。内侧壁弯曲段和外侧壁根尖段,均为Scout RaCe切削量最小,Hyflex GPF稍多,S3 Superpass显著大于前两者。中心定位能力,Scout RaCe和Hyflex GPF最小,S3 Superpass稍大。结论:Scout RaCe和Hyflex GPF在弯曲根管中的切削量最少,中心定位能力最优。S3 Superpass切削量稍大,中心定位能力与PathFile相当
