Abstract:

摘要 目的:评价新型单乙烯基丙烯酸树脂单体改性光固化树脂的聚合收缩和机械性能。方法:将新型单乙烯基丙烯酸树脂(2-(苯基氨基甲醛基)氧乙基甲基丙烯酸酯)作为稀释剂合成复合树脂作为实验组,双甲基丙烯酸二缩三乙二醇酯(TEGDMA)作为稀释剂合成复合树脂作为对照组1,另外选取Tentric N-Ceram,Neofil,GC纳米幻彩分别作为对照组2,对照组3,对照组4,用micro-CT测量5组复合树脂聚合收缩前和聚合收缩后的体积,计算其聚合收缩率,用万能实验机和显微硬度仪测机械性能,比较5组树脂的挠曲强度、压缩强度、径向拉伸强度及显微硬度。结果:新型单乙烯基丙烯酸树脂作为稀释剂的实验组树脂的聚合收缩率较对照组1有统计学差异(P<0.05),较对照组2~4组无统计学差异,机械性能5种树脂之间无统计学差异。结论:新型单乙烯基丙烯酸树脂作为稀释剂降低了复合树脂的聚合收缩,而复合树脂的机械性能并没有降低,具有一定的临床应用的前景
