短牙弓对口腔余留牙的影响

Abstract:
摘要 在短牙弓概念被正式提出的30余年里,国内外许多研究已经证实短牙弓能够达到功能性牙列的需求,形成并维持稳定的咬合,满足患者咀嚼和美观等口腔功能的需要,为后部牙列缺失提供了一种新的修复选择。然而临床观察中发现,部分短牙弓患者可能出现余留牙松动度和磨耗度的变化、牙齿脱落、牙周破坏等现象。本文就短牙弓对余留牙的影响作一介绍,以期为进一步的研究及其临床应用提供参考
