Abstract:

摘要 目的:比较锥形束CT(cone beam computerized tomography,CBCT)与根尖片识别健康及牙髓坏死牙齿根尖周膜宽度的差异性。方法:选取234颗无临床症状及阳性体征的单根牙齿,利用牙髓活力测试判断牙髓状态,并利用改良的根尖周指数(modified CBCT-periapical index,PAI)评估CBCT及根尖片的影像,结果分别记录为CBCT-PAI和PAI。通过χ2检验和Fisher精确检验对CBCT-PAI、PAI及牙髓状态进行相关性分析。结果:210颗牙齿牙髓活力正常,24颗牙髓无反应;61.9%(130/210)的健康牙齿的CBCT-PAI大于PAI。CBCT与根尖片评估健康牙齿根尖周膜的宽度,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。利用CBCT评估健康与牙髓坏死牙齿的根尖周膜宽度差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:健康牙齿的根尖周膜宽度在CBCT与根尖片上的表现存在差异,利用CBCT进行评估死髓牙齿的根尖周膜宽度大于健康牙齿
