Abstract:
摘要 Krüppel样因子4(Krüppel-like factors 4, KLF4)是一种在全身多处表达的锌指转录因子,参与调控细胞增殖、分化、胚胎发育及肿瘤发生等众多重要生理病理过程,其在口腔中也有特异性表达。本文从KLF4的结构、生物学功能、在成牙本质细胞分化中的作用及其在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的作用等方面的研究进展作一综述
