口腔疣状癌临床诊治的研究进展

Abstract:
摘要 口腔疣状癌(oral verrucous carcinoma,OVC)是一种具有独特组织学改变和生物学行为的恶性肿瘤。临床上常表现为缓慢增大,灰白色的疣状增生物,主要好发于上、下颌牙龈及其附近黏膜皱褶处。本文从口腔疣状癌的病因、临床表现和分型、病理学表现、诊断和鉴别诊断、治疗和随访等方面的研究进展作一述评
