Abstract:

摘要 目的: 观察不同设计方式的3D打印多孔钛个性化根形种植体在体内的骨愈合效果,为此新型种植体的研发提供参考依据。方法: 利用CBCT影像技术、逆向工程、计算机辅助设计等技术设计了3组具有不同结构的多孔钛个性化根形种植体。通过3D打印技术制作的多孔钛个性化根形种植体通过手术的方式植入比格犬颌骨内。3个月后,获取比格犬颌骨标本,通过X线片、Micro-CT和硬组织切片染色等方法观察种植体骨结合情况。结果: 动物术后大体观察、影像学和组织学检测均显示此个性化种植体在体内具有良好的生物安全性,骨组织长入多孔结构内部,种植体与周围骨组织均产生骨结合。3组个性化种植体中,A组单根式种植体成骨效果最好,其次为C组分根式,成骨效果最差的是B组多根联合式。结论: 通过比格犬动物体内实验证明此3D打印多孔钛个性化根形种植体在动物体内均能够达到良好的骨结合,其中采用单根式或分根式植入成果效果最好
