Abstract:

摘要 目的:探讨SOX2在口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)中的表达水平及其与E-cad和Vim的相互关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测50例OSCC与13例正常口腔上皮中SOX2、E-cad和Vim的表达信号。采用SPSS19.0软件包进行计数资料方差分析和spearman等级相关分析。结果:在正常口腔上皮中,SOX2不表达;在OSCC中,SOX2的表达随着组织分型的降低而升高(P<0.05)。在正常口腔上皮中,E-cad强阳性表达;在OSCC中,E-cad的表达随着组织分型的降低而降低(P<0.05)。在正常口腔上皮中Vim不表达;在OSCC中,Vim的表达随着组织分型的降低而升高(P<0.05)。在OSCC中,SOX2和E-cad的表达呈负性相关(P<0.05);SOX2和Vim的表达呈正性相关(P<0.05);E-cad和Vim的表达呈负性相关(P<0.05)。结论:SOX2表达水平与OSCC的分化程度密切相关,同时与上皮间充质转化标记物E-cad和Vim分别存在负性与正性相关
