维吾尔族上颌中切牙牙根直径及根管管径的增龄性变化研究

Abstract:
摘要 目的:应用锥形束CT(cone-beam computed tomography,CBCT)对维吾尔族上颌中切牙牙根直径及根管管径与年龄的关系进行研究。方法:收集360例维吾尔族患者右上颌中切牙的CBCT影像资料,年龄15~74岁,以10岁为间隔分为6组,测量釉牙骨质界距根尖3/4处的牙根直径及根管管径,对测量结果的性别差异及与年龄的相关性进行分析。结果:牙根直径:男性(6.14±0.348) mm,女性(5.89±0.396) mm;根管管径:男性(1.51±0.344) mm,女性(1.25±0.316) mm;根管管径与牙根直径的比值:男性(0.25±0.059),女性(0.21±0.057),性别间的差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。根管管径与牙根直径的比值和年龄具有负相关性(R= -0.659,P＜0.05)。结论:维吾尔族上颌中切牙根管管径与年龄具有相关性,在性别间无明显差异
