硬腭带蒂结缔组织移植在上颌前牙即刻种植的临床应用

Abstract:
摘要 目的:评价硬腭带蒂结缔组织移植在上颌前牙区单牙无法保留行即刻种植的临床效果。方法:2014年6月～2016年5月,对15名上颌前牙区单牙无法保留牙龈生物型为薄龈型的患者,行不翻瓣即刻种植,在硬腭部制备带蒂结缔组织行种植体周围软组织增量,术后观察结缔组织移植的成活情况及术后种植体周围软组织重建情况。结果:硬腭带蒂结缔组织移植愈合良好,临床成活率100%,修复完成后当天﹑术后6个月及术后12个月红色美学评分(pink esthetic score,PES)分别为(11.69±0.84) ﹑(11.94±0.70)和(11.97±0.68)分,软组织重建达到了美学效果。结论:对于上颌前牙区单牙无法保留牙龈生物型为薄龈型的患者,采用不翻瓣即刻种植同期行硬腭带蒂结缔组织移植,可以获得较好的美学效果
