介孔硅载七叶皂苷钠对粪肠球菌抑菌作用的研究

Abstract:

摘要 目的: 探讨氨基改性前后的介孔硅载七叶皂苷钠(SA-SBA-15及SA-NH2-SBA-15)和氢氧化钙Ca(OH)2对粪肠球菌的抑菌作用。方法: 液体稀释法测SA-NH2-SBA-15、SA-SBA-15和Ca(OH)2的最低抑菌浓度(MIC);液体扩散法观察SA-NH2-SBA-15、SA-SBA-15和Ca(OH)2对粪肠球菌抑菌圈的大小;SA-NH2-SBA-15、SA-SBA-15和Ca(OH)2与菌液共培养168 h,每隔24 h取0.1mL液体另作厌氧培养24 h,评价抑菌效果。结果: SA-NH2-SBA-15、SA-SBA-15的MIC为3.5 g/L,Ca(OH)2的MIC为4.0 g/L。SA-NH2-SBA-15、SA-SBA-15和Ca(OH)2浓度大于MIC时,抑菌圈大小与浓度呈依赖性增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。72 h后至168 h,SA-SBA-15和SA-NH2-SBA的菌落数明显少于Ca(OH)2。96 h后,SA-NH2-SBA-15组的菌落数明显少于SA-SBA-15组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论: SA-NH2-SBA-15、SA-SBA-15及Ca(OH)2对粪肠球菌具有一定的抗菌作用;SA-NH2-SBA-15、SA-SBA-15的抑菌效果优于Ca(OH)2;SA-NH2-SBA-15对粪肠球菌的药效长于SA-SBA-15,长于Ca(OH)2
