Abstract:

摘要 目的: 探究髓系细胞触发受体-1(TREM-1)的抑制剂LP-17多肽对牙龈卟啉单胞菌脂多糖(P. gingivalis-LPS)诱导的小鼠牙周炎进展的作用。方法: 在C57BL/6小鼠上颌第二磨牙龈沟内隔日注射P. gingivalis-LPS(10 μg),构建实验性牙周炎模型。每日给予腹腔注射LP-17(10 mg/kg),对照组注射PBS。14 d后处死小鼠,收集牙槽骨,micro-CT测量牙槽骨的吸收量,HE染色检测牙周组织的病理学表现,TRAP染色检测牙周组织中破骨细胞的数目,免疫组化检测牙周组织中TREM-1的表达情况。结果: 龈沟内注射P. gingivalis-LPS成功诱导了小鼠的实验性牙周炎。LP-17多肽能够减轻牙周组织的炎症细胞浸润和胶原纤维变性程度,抑制牙周组织中TREM-1的表达,减少破骨细胞数量和牙槽骨吸收量。结论: LP-17多肽可以减轻P. gingivalis-LPS诱导的牙周炎症反应,延缓牙周炎进展
