稳定性咬合板在颞下颌关节盘穿孔术后的应用研究

Abstract:
摘要 目的: 探寻在颞下颌关节盘穿孔术后应用稳定性咬合板对髁突改建的作用。方法: 选取35例关节盘穿孔患者(50侧关节),术后咬合板治疗的患者分为观察组,术后未应用咬合板治疗的患者分为对照组。随访3、6、12个月,用锥形束CT (cone beam computed tomography,CBCT) 评定髁突术前的破坏程度和术后的改建程度,SPSS21.0软件对测量结果进行统计学处理,进行单因素方差分析。结果: 观察组和对照组均有髁突改建,观察组的改建程度比对照组修复速度快,修复程度高。结论: 颞下颌关节盘术后进行稳定性咬合板治疗可以促进髁突骨质改建
