Abstract:

摘要 内质网是细胞内蛋白合成加工的主要场所及钙的存储库,参与了各项生理活动,当细胞受到外界刺激如缺氧、毒性物质等时,内质网则会发生应激反应,导致蛋白加工或钙调节的紊乱,损害细胞,扰乱生理功能,这也是许多疾病发生的原因之一。自噬则是一种细胞保护机制,能够清除细胞内损伤的细胞器及未折叠和错误折叠大分子蛋白,缓解内质网应激,提供新的物质及能量,帮助细胞恢复稳态提高细胞存活率。内质网应激和自噬与疾病的发生均有密切的关系,本文就内质网应激与自噬在口腔疾病研究中的作用做一述评
