促结缔组织增生型成釉细胞瘤的临床及CT影像学分析

Abstract:
摘要 目的:回顾性分析南京大学医学院附属口腔医院、南京医科大学附属口腔医院及上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院近3年来收治的10例促结缔组织增生型成釉细胞瘤(Desmoplastic ameloblastoma,DA)的临床及CT影像学特点,为其诊断提供依据。方法:对2014年3月~2017年9月收治的具有完整资料的10例DA患者的临床,影像资料进行分析。临床资料包括患者的性别,年龄,发生部位,手术治疗方式,术后随访结果。影像学分析包括病变的大小、形态,颌骨膨胀方向、牙齿移位及牙根吸收情况、病变区有无阻生牙、行SCT检查的患者SCT图像上病变的CT值,并对10例DA进行影像学分型。结果: 10例DA患者,病变均位于上颌骨前牙及前磨牙区,CT影像上均表现为蜂窝型,内部均可见索条、分隔影像,颌骨显示颊侧膨隆;10例患者均经病理学证实为DA。10例患者均行颌骨部分切除术,术后随访未见复发。结论: 促结缔组织增生型成釉细胞瘤具有特征性蜂窝状CT表现,其CT表现与其病理学特点具有一定的相关性
