生长发育期骨性Ⅲ类高低角骨面型颌骨垂直向变化比较

Abstract:
摘要 目的:比较骨性Ⅲ类高低角患者不同生长发育阶段颌骨垂直向形态特征的差异。方法:选取处于高峰前期,高峰期,高峰后期骨性Ⅲ类高角和低角患者,高角组每分期各30例,低角组每分期各30例,对其治疗前X线头颅侧位片进行测量和比较分析。结果: 高角组:PP-FH角, MP-FH角,Y轴角测量均值变化是先增大后减小,PP-FH角整体呈减小趋势,MP-FH角, Y轴角整体呈增大趋势;后前面高比测量均值变化先减小后增大,整体呈增减小趋势。以上变化除高峰前期和高峰后期比较外其余两两比较均有统计学差异。低角组:PP-FH角的变化是先减小后增大,整体呈增大趋势;MP-FH角,Y轴角测量均值变化逐渐减小;后前面高比均值变化逐渐增大。以上变化均有统计学差异。高角组和低角组牙合平面均依次减小,且变化均有统计学差异。结论: 在生长发育过程中,骨性Ⅲ高低角骨面型颌骨垂直向变化存在较大差异
