纤维连接蛋白EDA片段的病理学研究进展

Abstract:
摘要 细胞外基质纤维连接蛋白基因Ⅲ型重复序列有3个可变剪接区,分别为EDA、 EDB和IIICS。在肿瘤、胚胎及创伤愈合等细胞增殖和迁移活跃的组织中, EDA+FN呈高表达,而正常组织中几乎不表达。本文就其特性、生物学功能和临床应用前景进行综述
