外源性染色剂对树脂水门汀颜色、透明度和表面粗糙度影响的研究

Abstract:

摘要 目的:评价外源性染色剂对6种树脂水门汀颜色、透明度和表面粗糙度的影响。方法:每种树脂水门汀试样随机分为4组,分别染色于去离子水、可乐、咖啡和红酒。使用色度计和表面粗糙度仪分别测量各组试样染色前及染色48、96、144、192、240和288 h后的色度值(CIE L*、a*、b*)和表面粗糙度值(Ra),据测得色度值计算色差值(ΔE)和透明度参数(TP),用重复测量方差分析和单因素方差分析评估染色时间、染色液和材料对色差值、透明度参数和表面粗糙度值的影响。结果:随染色时间增加,所有材料出现色差值增加、透明度参数降低,表面粗糙度值没有显著性变化。在咖啡和红酒中染色288 h后所有材料染色均超出临床可接受范围(ΔE>3.3),其中红酒染色最明显(ΔE为7.89~12.25)。RelyX U200具有较好的颜色稳定性和透明度稳定性。结论:外源性染色剂对树脂水门汀颜色和透明度的影响具有材料依赖性。288 h后6种树脂水门汀均出现肉眼可察觉的变色(ΔE>1)
