“盾构术”在前牙美学区种植中的应用

Abstract:
摘要 上前牙美学区常因各种因素需拔除患牙,而牙齿拔除后唇侧牙槽骨迅速发生塌陷吸收,这对前牙美学造成严重的威胁,同时也给后续种植治疗带来极大挑战。因此学者们纷纷提出各种方案来保存唇侧牙槽骨,其中“盾构术”可实现牙槽嵴轮廓的长期保持,这成为美学区种植的一个新的治疗方案
