Abstract:

摘要 目的:研究TLRs与NLRs协同促进树突状细胞成熟的效应。方法:TLRs的配体与NLRs的配体刺激小鼠DC2.4细胞24 h后用流式细胞仪检测细胞表面标记CD40、CD83、CD86、CD80与MHC-Ⅱ分子的表达。结果:单一TLRs或NLRs的配体可促进DCs表面标记分子表达的升高,并且2种配体的同时刺激可使以上标记分子的表达高于单一配体刺激。结论:TLRs与NLRs可协同促进DCs的成熟
