Abstract:

摘要 目的:探讨潮汕人群第一前磨牙牙本质天冬氨酸消旋化比率推断年龄的准确性。方法:收集潮汕人群第一前磨牙标本60例,利用高效液相色谱法检测其牙本质内天冬氨酸消旋化(D/L)比率,并与实际年龄建立回归方程;再用3例另外收集的牙本质标本检验方程的准确性。结果:潮汕人群第一前磨牙牙本质天冬氨酸消旋化(D/L)比率与年龄高度正相关(P<0.001),相关系数r=0.967,消旋化速率k=6.0×10-4/年,推断年龄误差SE=2.60岁。3例验证标本的误差分别是-0.3岁,+1.6岁,-2.2岁。结论:潮汕人群第一前磨牙牙本质天冬氨酸消旋化(D/L)比率可以准确推断年龄
