Abstract:

摘要 目的:利用CBCT、3D打印技术等设计制作新型口腔种植导板和种植手机引导装置,应用于临床并对其进行精度评价。方法:利用Mimics、Simplant等软件设计制造种植外科导板,分为套筒引导(A组)和种植手机引导(B组)行种植手术。分析虚拟与实际植体的偏差,比较2组的精确度是否有统计学差异。结果:15例患者的92枚植体,A组44枚和B组48枚,测量虚拟与实际植体在颈部、顶部、深度、角度偏离值:(0.82±0.47) mm,(0.97±0.52) mm,(0.81±0.42) mm,(7.89±4.24)°。两独立样本t检验,双侧α=0.05,得到A组和B组差异无统计学意义,不认为两者的偏离值的总体均数不相等。结论:套筒引导和种植手机引导精确度基本无差别,两者的联合应用具有较高的精确性等优点
