口膜控法上颌窦内提升术的临床应用研究

Abstract:
摘要 目的:通过临床对照试验研究膜控法上颌窦底内提升术的临床效果。方法:选取40例患者采用膜控法上颌窦内提升或外提升并植入骨替代品,同期或择期植入种植体(上颌窦底内提升组同期植入植体,外提升组择期植入植体)。术后采用视觉模拟量表(VAS)、语言评价量表(VRS)得分分析内外提升术后反应的差异性。并在修复取模型时测量ISQ值,比较两组结果有无统计学差异。结果:膜控法上颌窦提升中有1例穿孔,术中利用可吸收生物膜修补,最终成功修复,经过近2年的随访,患者反应临床效果良好。采用VAS(视觉模拟量表)、语言评价量表VRS的得分分析内外提升患者术后反应的结果差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),二者修复取模型时的ISQ值比较无统计学意义。结论:应用膜控法上颌窦内提升同期植入植体,手术操作相对简便,术中创伤小,术后反应小,并发症少,患者满意度高,值得临床推广应用
