Abstract:

摘要 目的:比较下颌第一磨牙邻面不同高度缺损下髓腔固位冠修复受力后剩余牙体组织以及修复体应力大小及分布情况,为临床选择修复方案提供参考。方法:利用有限元法建立不同邻面缺损高度的下颌第一磨牙模型,并给予髓腔固位冠修复,模拟正常人咬合,施加垂直向及斜向载荷,记录两种载荷下不同邻面高度的髓腔固位冠剩余牙体组织和修复体应力大小和分布情况。结果:在2种载荷下,不同组剩余牙体组织以及髓腔固位冠的应力分布相似,且随着邻面剩余高度的减小,剩余牙体组织以及髓腔固位冠的EQV应力峰值均在不断增大。结论:邻面高度的降低会增大髓腔固位冠以及剩余牙体组织的应力,增大牙齿以及髓腔固位冠折裂的可能性
