Hippo信号通路相关蛋白YAP, Mst 1,Lats 1/2在口腔鳞癌中的表达及临床意义

Abstract:
摘要 目的:研究Hippo信号通路中的相关蛋白:YAP,Mst1,Lats1/2在口腔鳞状上皮细胞癌组织中的表达及其与患者病理特征及临床资料的相关性。方法:收集新疆医科大学第一附属医院口腔鳞状细胞癌病人组织标本51例,并通过电话随访病人术后生存情况。采用免疫组化的方法对收集到的组织进行染色, 检测YAP, Mst1,Lats 1/2在口腔鳞状上皮癌组织中的表达,并与临床资料进行统计分析。结果:YAP,Lats1/2,Mst1在肿瘤中的表达与肿瘤的大小和分化程度相关(P<0.05);YAP,Lats1/2与是否有淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05),而Mst1与淋巴结转移不相关,YAP,Lats1/2,Mst1与性别年龄,民族及肿瘤的远处转移不相关。结论:Hippo信号通路相关蛋白对肿瘤对大小,分化程度和淋巴结转移有一定的影响
