单侧颞下颌关节滑膜炎关节间隙变化的影像学研究

Abstract:
摘要 目的: 探讨单侧颞下颌关节滑膜炎患者双侧关节间隙的闭口位关节曲面断层片特征。方法: 收集新疆医科大学第一附属医院颞下颌关节专病门诊诊断为单侧颞下颌关节滑膜炎患者27例,使用数字化曲面断层X片机记录患者在牙尖交错位时双侧颞下颌关节矢状位曲面断层片,使用软件CliniView9.2重建,并测量颞下颌关节髁突的前、上、后间隙距离,健侧与患侧相互比较。结果: 患侧的前、上、后髁突间隙较患侧分别增宽约32.46%、64.62%、55.05%。不对称指数结果显示,上间隙对造成髁突间隙不对称影响较大,单侧颞下颌关节滑膜炎患者的患侧髁突前、上、后间隙均明显大于健侧(P<0.05)。结论: 单侧颞下颌关节滑膜炎患者的患侧髁突间隙均比健侧增宽,且上间隙对双侧关节间隙的对称程度影响较大
