游离股前外侧肌皮瓣修复上颌骨恶性肿瘤术后缺损

Abstract:
摘要 目的: 探讨通过改良口角颌下切口入路及应用游离股前外侧皮瓣修复上颌骨恶性肿瘤术后II类缺损的临床效果。方法: 对2012年5月~2016年12月在我科行游离股前外侧肌皮瓣修复上颌骨恶性肿瘤术后II类缺损12例患者进行回顾性分析。结果: 11例皮瓣完全成活,1例皮瓣完全坏死。无面瘫症状,言语功能恢复良好。随访6个月~5年,患者面部外形恢复满意,无局部复发及淋巴结转移。结论: 游离股前外侧肌皮瓣组织量充足,制备简单,供区并发症少,修复上颌骨恶性肿瘤术后Ⅱ类缺损,可以维持患者面部形态,临床效果满意
