不同牙列全颌曲面断层片投照体位错误分析

Abstract:
摘要 目的:探讨提高全颌曲面断层片拍摄质量方法。方法:选取我院就诊患者所拍摄的曲面断层图像资料498例,根据其口内牙列类型分为无牙牙合组、混合牙列组、恒牙列组,评价全颌曲面断层摄影中常见的错误投照体位,并进行统计学分析。结果:混合牙列组每张曲面断层图像其平均投照体位错误类型数目较无牙 组与恒牙列组更多,无牙牙合组患者的图像中“颏部位置较高”、“舌体没有紧贴上腭”和“颈部向前倾斜”错误类型发生频率较高,混合牙列期的儿童在拍摄曲面断层片时易发生头部的位置靠后和移动。结论:对不同牙列类型的患者进行正确投照定位是防止曲面断层图像出现错误和提高图像质量的重要方法
