尖牙阻生的研究进展

Abstract:
摘要 尖牙阻生是口腔中常见的牙齿发育障碍之一,其病因和发病机制尚未明确,治疗选择多样。本文通过查阅尖牙阻生相关文献,介绍了尖牙阻生的病因、对口颌系统的危害、诊断及治疗方法,以期在临床中对阻生尖牙的诊断及治疗提供参考。尖牙阻生病因与硬组织障碍、局部病理性因素、发育因素、遗传因素等有关;全颌曲面断层片及锥形束CT(cone beam CT,CBCT)是必要的诊断手段;治疗以正畸牵引导萌为主要方法,早期检查和治疗有助于口颌系统的稳定平衡及邻牙的健康
