光导荧光技术辅助诊断隐裂牙的初步研究

Abstract:
摘要 背景:评估光导荧光技术辅助诊断隐裂牙的可行性,探讨隐裂牙诊断新技术。方法:37例通过咬诊、显微镜等检查确诊为隐裂牙的患牙纳入本实验,使用DIAGNOdent 2190对患牙进行光导荧光检查,记录荧光指数。用相同方法检测对照牙。应用独立样本t检验比较隐裂组和对照组荧光指数。结果:隐裂组和对照组荧光指数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);隐裂组患牙的荧光指数均位于早期龋范围。结论:光导荧光技术可以用于辅助诊断隐裂牙;隐裂牙裂纹中存在不同程度的早期龋,荧光指数可以作为临床医生制定治疗计划和判断预后的依据
