隐裂牙诊疗进展

Abstract:
摘要 近年来,隐裂牙的发病率逐渐增加,已经成为成年人后牙缺失的第三大病因。隐裂牙患者早期无明显症状,不易及时发现,就诊时临床表现多样,易漏诊、误诊,从而累及牙髓, 严重者还可导致牙体劈裂拔除;即使裂纹可明确诊断,由于临床医生无法准确判断裂纹深度,为医生制定治疗计划和判断预后造成了诸多困扰。为了帮助医生更好地了解隐裂牙的诊疗进展,本文对隐裂牙诊疗技术进展进行综述
