2种脱敏剂对不同水门汀粘接效果的影响

Abstract:

摘要 目的:研究冷热循环后2种脱敏剂对3种水门汀材料粘接剪切强度的影响。方法:将96颗离体牙分成3组:Duraphat、Prime&Bond NT和对照组,每组选取2个试件用扫描电镜(SEM)观察牙本质小管形貌。剩余试件分成3个亚组:RelyX U200、玻璃离子水门汀(GIC)、树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀(RMGIC),所有试件37 ℃水浴24 h后,每组随机抽取一半试件冷热循环10000次(5 ℃/55 ℃),测量剪切强度,统计分析结果。结果:Duraphat、Prime&Bond NT可以不同程度的封闭牙本质小管; Duraphat组剪切强度低于对照组(P<0.05),Prime&Bond NT+ RelyX U200组高于对照组(P<0.05),Prime&Bond NT+ GIC组低于对照组(P<0.05),Prime&Bond NT+RMGIC组与对照组无差别;冷热循环后所有试件剪切强度均降低(P<0.05),Prime&Bond NT+ RelyX U200组剪切强度值最高。结论:两种脱敏剂对3种水门汀粘接强度的影响不同, Prime&Bond NT能提高RelyX U200的粘接强度
