短种植体联合上颌窦内提升:中期临床效果观察

Abstract:
摘要 目的:评价上颌窦内提升同期植入短种植体在上颌后牙区垂直骨量≤3 mm的中期临床效果。方法:16例上颌后牙区垂直骨量≤3 mm的患者行上颌窦内提升同期植入26枚短种植体,随访5~6年,观察种植体周围软硬组织情况。结果: 26枚短种植体5年存留率为96.2%,随访期间种植体颈部近中平均骨增加(0.14±0.15) mm,远中平均骨吸收(-0.03±0.17) mm,联冠修复与单冠修复、游离端与非游离端远中骨吸收有显著性差异,其余均无显著性差异,种植体周围软组织无明显异常。结论: 上颌后牙区骨量严重不足的患者行上颌窦内提升同期植入短种植体,中期可获得良好的预后
