CBCT观察快慢速扩弓牙齿移动方式的异同

Abstract:
摘要 目的:比较生长发育高峰期牙弓狭窄者快慢速扩弓治疗后牙齿的移动方式。方法:选取处于生长发育高峰期牙弓狭窄者40例,随机分为2组,应用CBCT成像技术对扩弓前后进行扫描并三维重建,测量牙齿及腭中缝的变化并做统计分析。结果:快速扩弓组牙冠间距离较慢速扩弓组增加小,牙根间距离增加大,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:上颌扩弓治疗牙齿发生整体移动和倾斜移动,快速扩弓组中牙齿整体移动大于慢速扩弓组
