双生子女童颅面高度和上气道形态的遗传环境因素研究

Abstract:

摘要 目的: 探讨遗传因素和环境因素在混合牙列期对颅面高度和上气道宽度的影响,为错牙合矫治计划提供理论依据。方法: 测量6~12岁183对双生子女童的头颅侧位片中颅面高度、上气道宽度的相关指标,运用双生子研究法对颅面高度和上气道宽度作遗传和环境作用的纵向统计分析。结果: 颅面部中全面高、面上部高和面下部高受遗传作用较强(P<0.05),鼻唇角和颏唇角受环境作用较强(P<0.05),上气道高度受环境因素和遗传因素共同影响(P<0.05),鼻咽气道、颚咽气道、口咽气道宽度受环境因素影响,几乎看不到遗传的作用(P<0.05)。结论: 双生子女童头影测量下的颅面高度受较强的遗传因素影响,同时也受到环境因素的一定影响
