Abstract:

自噬是细胞降解自身蛋白质、细胞器或其他细胞内成分,实现降解产物再利用和细胞器更新的过程。自噬在生命进程和各种疾病的发生、发展中扮演者重要角色。揭示自噬的启动和调控机制,对疾病的预防、诊断、治疗及预后有重大意义。本文旨在对自噬的研究进展进行综述,重点在于概括自噬的启动和调控机制
