肝脏移植是治疗终末期肝病唯一有效的根治手段,近年来随着中国公民捐献与移植手术技术及免疫抑制剂等进展,肝移植发展迅速,已成为各种不可逆急性和慢性肝衰竭的标准治疗方案。高质量的供肝是肝移植成功的重要先决条件~([1,2])。自2015年1月1日起,公民逝世后捐献器官(donation after cardiac death,DCD)已成为我国器官移植唯一合法来源。心脏死亡或脑死亡供体均不可避免经历更长的热缺血损伤,合并有更复杂的病变,对低温损伤更
