DSCT双能量技术在直肠癌放射靶向治疗疗效评估中的应用 Application of DSCT Dual-Energy Techniques in Radiotherapy Evaluation of Rectal Carcinoma

Abstract:

目的:研究双源双能量CT碘值测量对于直肠癌患者放射靶向治疗术前评估及疗效评价的应用价值。方法:收集2012年10月-2016年12月间临床病理证实为直肠癌的患者86例,其中高分化18例,中高分化组26例,中分化28例,低分化14例。接受放射靶向治疗,包括术前辅助放疗及非手术病例放疗。放疗前后均行双源双能量CT增强扫描,测量治疗前后病灶碘值及径线,分析治疗前不同病理分型碘值差异,治疗前后总体碘值变化差异,不同分化程度肿瘤治疗前后碘值差异及与肿瘤大小评价疗效的关系。结果:治疗前后总体标准碘值下降,径线缩小,差异有统计学意义,但碘值变化与径线变化比较无相关性。治疗前后低分化组与中分化、中高分化、高分化组静脉期标准化碘值(NIC)值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双源CT(DSCT)碘值测量可有效评估直肠癌放射靶向治疗疗效
