微量热法检测两种药物对白色念珠菌的抑制效果 Detection of Inhibiting Effects on Candida Albicans of Two Drugs by Micro Calorimetry

Abstract:

目的:应用微量热法检测两种药物对白色念珠菌的抑制效果。方法:挑取白色念珠菌单菌落接种于沙氏培养基中,37℃恒温摇床培养,然后将菌液稀释至108 CFU/ml备用。再将稀释后的细胞贮备液、培养基及不同浓度的药物加入安瓿瓶中,密封、擦净安瓿瓶后将其放入TAM量热仪测量通道中,记录反应过程的热输出功率曲线。结果:获得了白色念珠菌在不同药物作用下的热谱曲线,这两种药物对白色念珠菌的生长都有明显抑制作用。结论:根据药物浓度与抑制率的关系求出了两种药物的半抑制浓度,说明抑菌效果氯已定强于益康唑。氯已定的有效杀菌浓度为5.3μmol/L
