低管电压联合迭代重建技术在膀胱肿瘤CT尿路成像中的应用 Application of Low Tube Voltage in Combination with Iterative Reconstruction Technique on CT Urography Scan in Patients with Bladder Tumor

Abstract:

目的:通过对膀胱肿瘤行多排螺旋CT不同剂量下扫描,对获得图像行自适应统计迭代重建(ASIR)及滤过反投影(FBP),比较不同ASIR权重条件下所得图像的质量,分析ASIR技术在膀胱肿瘤低剂量CT检查中的应用价值。方法:疑膀胱肿瘤病变行CT尿路成像(CTU)检查患者86例,常规管电压FBP组43例,采用120kV扫描,FBP重建;低压ASIR组43例采用100kV扫描,ASIR重建(ASIR的权重分别为20%,40%,60%,80%),其余条件不变。比较2组的辐射剂量及图像的平均CT值、图像噪声、信号噪声比(SNR)、对比噪声比(CNR)、图像质量主观评分等。结果:在相同管电压下,随着ASIR水平的增高,图像的SNR值逐渐升高(P<0.05),其噪声呈较明显下降(P<0.05),图像的CNR值逐渐升高(P<0.05)。低剂量组与常规剂量组图像质量无显著差异(P>0.05),前者较后者剂量约减少40%(P<0.05)。结论:ASIR技术可以提高膀胱肿瘤低剂量CTU图像的质量,降低患者所接受的辐射剂量,且满足临床诊断要求,具有较好的临床可行性
