超声双定标法在乳腺癌化疗患者肝衰减定量分析中的应用 Quantitative Analysis of Liver Attenuation in Patients with Breast Cancer Chemotherapy by Ultrasonic Double Calibration Method

Abstract:

目的:应用超声双定标法检测乳腺癌患者化疗后肝衰减系数,分析其临床应用价值。方法:对54例乳腺癌(Ⅰ期)术后患者分别在化疗前、化疗3次、化疗6次后分别用超声双定标分析软件计算得出每次的肝衰减系数,同时检测患者肝功能相关指标(AST及ALT),用统计学方法比较3组间参数的差别,并计算衰减系数变化与肝功能的相关性。结果:3组间衰减系数和肝功能相关指标逐渐增高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);衰减系数与AST及ALT成正相关(r=0.544,0.597,P<0.05)。结论:超声双定标方法可以客观量化肝衰减,对于肝衰减的分度具有指导价值
