颞骨影像及术中探查对先天性中耳胆脂瘤的诊断意义 Cholesteatoma of the Middle Ear with Intact Tympanic Membrane

Abstract:

目的:探讨先天性中耳胆脂瘤临床诊断标准中存在的局限性。方法:通过文献复习并对3例鼓膜完整的中耳胆脂瘤患者的临床表现进行相关分析。结果:该组病例均为鼓膜完整的中耳胆脂瘤的患者,其中2例既往存在中耳感染的病史或手术病史,病史上不符合Levenson对于先天性胆脂瘤的临床诊断标准,但其高分辨率的颞骨CT扫描及术中探查情况均符合先天性中耳胆脂瘤的表现。结论:随着影像学及中耳手术技术的不断发展,在先天性胆脂瘤的诊断上,应强调影像学及手术探查在诊断中的价值
