卵巢移植技术的研究进展 Research Advances in Ovary Transplantation

Abstract:

卵巢移植已逐渐成为一种治疗卵巢先天发育缺陷、卵巢功能衰退所致的内分泌功能失调以及不孕不育的有效手段。但由于现阶段对于该技术手术方式、卵巢器官保护手段、移植后产生的伦理争议等诸多方面尚没有定论,故在临床尚未大范围开展该手术。在未来,还需要更多的基础和临床方面的研究。本文就该技术的最新进展进行综述
