Abstract:

G蛋白耦联雌激素受体1(GPER1)作为雌激素的新型受体,与经典的雌激素受体α、β不同,主要参与调节雌激素活化的快速非基因信号通路。研究发现,雌激素通过激活GPER1,可以调节细胞内信号分子的活性状态,从而起到促进细胞生长、对抗凋亡的作用。本文就GPER1的结构、分布、相关配体及作用通路等的研究进展作一综述
