晚发型重度子痫前期孕妇血清硒与谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶水平的变化 Change of Serum Selenium and Glutathione Peroxidase Levels in Pregnant Women with Late Onset of Severe Preeclampsia

Abstract:

目的:检测血清中硒和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)在晚发型重度子痫前期中的改变情况,分析其在疾病辅助诊断中的价值。方法:选取孕期≥34周正常妊娠和重度子痫前期孕妇作为研究对象。检测血清中硒和GPx水平,并评价GPx水平与晚发型重度子痫前期之间的关系。结果:共纳入符合标准的晚发型重度子痫前期孕妇和正常妊娠孕妇各73例。重度子痫前期孕妇血清中硒水平为21.6(11.3-105.2)μg/L,显著低于正常孕妇96.2(19.7-155.6)μg/L(P<0.001);重度子痫前期孕妇血清中GPx水平为6.11(0.13-335.72)mU/ml,显著低于正常孕妇的303.81(8.65-591.80)mU/ml(P<0.001)。ROC分析表明区分重度子痫前期和正常孕妇的截断值为硒49.1μg/L、GPx 39.47mU/ml。结论:低水平的硒和GPx可作为辅助诊断晚发型重度子痫前期的有效生物学指标
