左旋多巴对脑深部电刺激术中微电极记录及手术疗效的影响 Effect of L-dopa on microelectrode recordings and clinical outcome for deep brain stimulation

Abstract:

目的:探讨脑深部电刺激术(DBS)术前服用左旋多巴对局麻下行术中微电极记录及手术疗效的影响。方法:回顾性分析2014年10月-2018年2月行双侧丘脑底核电刺激术治疗原发性帕金森病患者87例。随访6月,分为术前服药和术前未服药组,并对两组术中微电极记录长度、微电极针道数及术后疗效进行对比分析。结果:术前服药组左、右两侧微电极电信号长度长于未服药组(P<0.05)。术后1个月和6个月UPDRSⅢ评分平均改善率在术前服药组中较高(P<0.05)。微电极记录(MER)针道数、术后减药量、Hoehn-Yahr分期改善在两对照组中均无统计学差异。结论:脑深部电刺激术术前服用左旋多巴有利于微电极电信号的获取,并改善术后疗效
