Abstract:

超声联合微泡以其无创、简便、廉价等优势在心血管血栓性疾病的诊疗中得到了深入的探讨,发挥出巨大的潜力。目前研究多采用对不同类型微泡的靶向修饰和药物包载来增强其血栓的靶向识别能力和溶栓效率。因此,如何通过不同的方式来安全有效地提高微泡对心血管内血栓的溶解作用值得深入探讨,本文就此作一综述
