DNA解旋酶RecQL1在宫颈癌及其癌前病变中的表达及临床意义 Clinical Significance of Expression of DNA Helicase RecQL1 in Cervical Carcinoma

Abstract:

目的:探讨宫颈癌及癌前病变组织中DNA解旋酶RecQL1的表达及临床意义。方法:采用链霉卵白素-过氧化物酶连结(SP)免疫组化方法,检测宫颈癌(75例)、宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN,60例)和正常宫颈(20例)组织中RecQL1蛋白表达与宫颈癌临床病理特征和预后的关系。结果:在正常宫颈、CIN、宫颈癌组织中,RecQL1蛋白的阳性表达率分别为10.000%(2/20)、55.000%(33/60)、74.700%(55/75),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。75例宫颈癌患者中,有淋巴结转移和无淋巴结转移患者的RecQL1阳性表达率分别为89.300%和63.800%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访的75例宫颈癌患者中,RecQL1阳性和阴性患者的总生存时间(OS)分别为(42.000±20.762)个月和(115.990±13.593)个月,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。多因素分析显示,RecQL1表达情况、淋巴结转移情况和肿瘤分期为影响宫颈癌预后的独立因素。结论:RecQL1蛋白可能参与了宫颈癌的发生和发展,其与宫颈癌是否发生淋巴结转移及预后有关
