Blauth Ⅴ型拇发育不良的手指拇化治疗 Reconstruction of Congenital Types Ⅴ Hypoplastic Thumb with Use of Digit Pollicization

Abstract:
目的:探讨先天性BlauthⅤ型拇发育不良的治疗方法。方法:2013年起,对12例先天性拇发育不良畸形(BlauthⅤ型)患者进行手术,通过合理的皮瓣设计、掌骨截骨、虎口重建、拇内在肌功能重建等进行治疗。结果:术后对12例患者进行2个月至2年的随访,拇的外形及功能均取得满意的效果。结论:先天性拇发育不良(BlauthⅤ型)的临床治疗需选择合适的手术时机,从切口皮瓣设计、掌骨截骨、虎口重建、拇内在肌功能重建,以及术后科学的功能训练等方面综合治疗可取得较理想的疗效
