Abstract:

EB病毒感染是鼻咽癌发生的常见危险因素,而人种、外界致癌因素暴露、个体易感基因等其他共同致病因子在鼻咽癌发生中亦起到重要作用。已知的与个体鼻咽癌易感性相关的基因包括:免疫相关基因、代谢酶基因、DNA修复基因等。本篇综述将论述近年来已有的关于鼻咽癌基因易感性的研究,总结这一领域存在的缺陷,以期指导鼻咽癌易感性研究方向
